Free shipping
We offer free shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking details once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is usually [7–15] business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your VacPack every step of the way.

International shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Delays
While we work hard to get your order to you on time, some delays are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or hasn't arrived, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll be happy to help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete address
